ASI Technologies is a privately held business serving global markets. The company has dedicated, professional corporate leadership resources in place. ASI’s corporate governance includes “outside” directors. Mr. Frank Johnson and Mr. John L. Kreischer serve in that capacity. For many years, Mr. Johnson and Mr. Kreischer have provided fresh perspectives, guidance and accountability for company management, along with consultation for corporate shareholders. Their wisdom and long term business experience are invaluable contributions toward nurturing business growth and enhancing the relationship among corporate management, shareholders and the Board of Directors.
Mr. Johnson started his business career in 1958 at the Drever Company of Huntingdon Valley, Pa., a world-wide designer and builder of steel heat treating furnaces. He joined the American Society of Civil Engineers and was rapidly promoted through the management ranks to become President in 1980. For 8 years he served on the Board of Directors of the Industrial Heat Treating Association and became its President in 1988. Under his leadership the Drever Company grew from $5 million of annual sales to $150 million.
Mr. Kreischer founded Kreischer Miller, a certified public accounting firm which is today one of the largest independent regional CPA firms in the country. In addition to serving as the Managing Partner of KM for 27 years, he specialized in providing support services to construction businesses, manufacturing companies, and investment managers, with special emphasis on the intergenerational transfer of family businesses. Mr. Kreischer serves as Board Chair of both Brubacher Excavating, Inc. and J. M. Oliver, Inc. as well as Board Chair of ASI Technologies, Inc. He also continues as a Board Member of the Pitcairn Trust Company. Past professional affiliations include serving as chair of the Accounting Standards Executive Committee (ACSEC) of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and serving 14 years as a member of AICPA’s Governing Council. He is a past president of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Kreischer is a Life Trustee of Syracuse University and is a member of its Investment and Endowment Committee.
